Well, Literally, this is Rome and We – This is the main point of our site: to share the Rome that we love and know. It also coincided that .us is a US domain zone.

How can you live in Rome without gaining weight despite its tempting cuisine?

Living in Rome, with its array of delectable dishes like pasta, pizza, and gelato, requires discipline. Engage in regular physical activity, embrace the Mediterranean diet's emphasis on fresh vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats, and enjoy indulgent dishes in moderation. Consider adopting the local habit of "la passeggiata" – an evening stroll – to aid digestion and stay active.

What is your favorite place in Rome?

For walking, our favorite part of Rome is the entire historical center area, but early in the morning at dawn. Also very soulful is the part of Rome near Campo De Fiori and Trastevere with its hidden local streets.
For residential living, our favorite area is, without a doubt Monteverde Vecchio.
