What is Important to Know about Coworking in Rome?

Which coworking space is best in Rome?

Talent Garden is the most famous coworking space with an international ambiance and all the amenities. It is a digital hub with innovative workspaces, Innovation School, FabLab, relaxation and well-being areas, and many events to develop relationships, build connections and generate impact on the territory.

Is coworking space in Rome a good idea?

Yes, it is the best option for independent workers. You can meet young professionals from different spheres, have an access to fast internet, various events, and workshops, and work in a comfortable ambiance with all needed amenities.

Who uses coworking spaces the most?

Mainly independent workers, young professionals who develop their startup ideas, or remote workers use coworking spaces because it is the most convenient way to have an access to the office ambiance and amenities without renting the real office.

How much does a coworking space cost in Rome?

The average price to rent a coworking space in Rome is 15 euros per person per day or 400 euros per month. The price can vary depending on location, access to the parking, size of the coworking, and list of amenities that are included in the price.

Do I need to book a coworking space in Rome in advance?

It is always better to book a coworking space in Rome in advance to ensure that spots will be available. However, if you rent a space using a “day” plan, you can pay directly at coworking. If you are looking for an option to rent for a whole month or longer, it is better to book a spot for you as early as possible.

Following my experience, in the last 5 years, I visited more than 30 coworking spaces around Italy, and below is the rating with the best options:

Talent Garden

Talent Garden Ostiense Co-working space in Rome

Talent Garden is one of the first and most famous coworking spaces in Italy. Following my experience, this is the best option for those who want to meet new people from different spheres.

Members can have exclusive access to the Talent Garden Innovation School, offering industry-leading training for all levels of experience, from new graduates to seasoned professionals. They have private parking, the possibility to rent a private office (different sizes, depending on the number of workers you have), 24-hours access, and a snack bar.

The nice bonus about Talent Garden is that they have locations in different countries around Europe.

My experience with coworking started in 2016 with the Talent Garden. My colleagues and I have been participating in different hackathons and innovation events that were held by TAG. I would highlight TAG workers’ professionalism and creative approach in everything they do. Moreover, if you want to meet young professionals from different spheres – Talent Garden is the best venue for it.

BSide

Bside coworking in Rome

The ideal fusion of a business center and shared offices, the Bside is a modern shared workspace. Bside is the functional replacement for the traditional private office. It represents a brand-new way of working for those looking for a relaxed and welcoming setting where they can go on about their everyday business.

From my experience, this coworking has the most beautiful location, not far from Castel Sant’Angelo. Also, the place itself is wonderful and charming. The staff is professional, and you can find all the needed amenities to work in full comfort. Of all the coworking spaces I have visited in Rome, BSide is my favorite.

Workin Co

Workin Co has nice two offices in the Monteverde Vecchio area. The coworking is small but very cozy. In this coworking, the environment organized in an open space guarantees the right degree of privacy, reconciling concentration and, simultaneously, offering moments of sharing and lightness. The kitchen and large terrace are convenient for relaxing breaks, social lunches, meetings, events, and more.

In my opinion, this place is perfect for a small group of 3-5 people, who live close to the Monteverde area.
